This recipe - conjured up at K\u00e5re Jo\u00e3o Caf\u00e9 &amp; Bar in Kongsberg - is inspired by the Portuguese version of Mazagran, which often has a dash of rum added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>You will need:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Two cups of filter-brewed coffee (Brazilian Fazenda Barreiro works well)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Juice from one lemon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5-6 level tablespoons of sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Soda water<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Isbiter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lemon slices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Here's what you do:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Brew enough coffee for cups and mix it with lemon juice and sugar. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour into a jug with lemon slices and top up with ice cubes and soda water to taste. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serve in a glass with ice cubes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>The recipe is created by K\u00e5re Jo\u00e3o Caf\u00e9 &amp; Bar in Kongsberg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mazagran er navnet p\u00e5 det som regnes som \u00abden originale iskaffen\u00bb, oppkalt etter et algerisk fort der den f\u00f8rst ble konsumert av franske legion\u00e6rer p\u00e5 midten av 1900-tallet.
