General information

Solberg & Hansen's online store offers our customers free shipping on all purchases over NOK 350. You have a 14-day right of cancellation on items purchased in the online store. This right of cancellation does not apply to items with an expiry date (such as coffee, tea and chocolate). You must be at least 18 years of age, or have your parents' consent, to be able to purchase goods. All information you share in connection with purchases is treated confidentially and we do not share any information with third parties. As a customer in the online store, you accept the terms of purchase that follow below.

Ordering and contracting process.

Your order is binding when it is registered on our server. In the same way, Solberg & Hansen is bound by your order if it does not deviate from what we offer in the online store. When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation with a receipt. Please read the order confirmation carefully to ensure that it is in line with your order.

Prices and shipping

We ship products to the whole of Norway and all prices in the online store include VAT. If you order goods for more than NOK 350, we will send the parcel free of charge. For orders under NOK 350, there is a shipping surcharge of NOK 59. Applicable prices for all products are determined by the price when ordering. We reserve the right to make technical and proofreading errors, as well as events beyond Solberg & Hansen's control. All shipments are packed securely in packaging with the necessary protection and sent through our partner Bring. Delivery takes place in the manner, at the place and at the time described in the order confirmation and parcel tracking to Bring.

Payment options

Through our card payment provider, Nets, you can use VISA and Mastercard when you shop as a private individual in the online store. Nets ensures fast, secure and encrypted payment that is charged to the card on the same day as the shipment is made. All information in connection with purchases is handled by NETS and will never be available to this online store.

Right of cancellation

As a private customer of Solberg & Hansen, you have a 14-day cancellation period on goods purchased in the online store. In the event of a return, you must pay for the shipment yourself and the product must be delivered in the same condition as you received it, with the original packaging from Solberg & Hansen intact. Complaints

We hope you will be satisfied with the products you buy from us. If you discover a fault or defect, you must inform us of the fault within a reasonable time. You can demand rectification, receive a new, equivalent product or cancel the purchase. Complaints are in addition to the right of cancellation and must be made no later than two years after you received the item.

Privacy policy

Solberg & Hansen is responsible for all personal information you share in connection with purchases. This information is necessary to deliver goods to you through Bring, as well as being able to contact you if necessary in connection with your order. We are required to store this information in connection with accounting, tax handling and any warranty/return handling. If you consent at the time of purchase, we may send news and promotions to your registered email address. We use cookies to customise offers and marketing of our products. Cookies can be switched off in the settings on your computer. Under no circumstances will the information be shared with third parties, and you have the right to see what information is stored about you. By purchasing, you accept the terms described above.
