HOW TO DO IT

1. Bring water to the boil and set the kettle aside.

2. Add the ground coffee to the pot.

3. Stir a few times to ensure that all the coffee is moistened.

4. Let the coffee steep for about 6 minutes.

5. Break the coffee crust, either by stirring the pot or by gently banging the pot against the ground.

6. Let the coffee grounds sink to the bottom.

7. Enjoy the coffee.

TIPS

If you want a sweeter and cleaner brew, you can remove the foam that settles on the surface after the coffee grounds have sunk to the bottom with a spoon.

Remember that the water should not boil when you add the coffee, otherwise the coffee will burn.

Put the lid on the kettle when the coffee is brewing so that it does not lose heat.
