TEA

INFO
Use the brewing recipe as a starting point when brewing a tea for the first time. Once you get to know the tea, you can experiment with quantity and steeping time.
BREWERY TABLE

TIPS
- Give the tea enough room to unfold. Tea grows in size as it steeps in water and without enough space not all the flavours are released. Use a large enough tea strainer or filter.
- The right temperature is important. If you brew with water that is too hot, the tea may become bitter.
- Brewing time affects how much flavour is extracted from the tea. If you brew for too long, most teas can become bitter or taste too strong.
- Oolong teas can be brewed several times with the same tea leaves. The flavours evolve from brew to brew.
- Fruit and herb mixes consist of chunks that vary in size. Feel free to experiment with the amount to get the flavour you want.
