Participants will receive in-depth training in espresso, including milk steaming and latte art, grinding degrees, brewing temperatures and weight distribution between coffee and water. The aim of the course is to be able to analyse and make changes that optimise the taste of the espresso, as well as steaming perfect milk as a starting point for making latte art.
- The course is only for Solberg & Hansen's corporate customers/dealers. Remember to state your customer number when registering.
- Course participants must have completed Barista 1 at least 3 months before they sign up for Barista 2.
- Each company can register up to two people for this course every six months. Please contact your sales representative if you would like a course for more people. We need the full name and contact details of all course participants.
- The course is held in our course rooms attached to the distillery at Ryen in Oslo and lasts for 3 hours.
- The registration deadline is the last Friday before the course is held.
- We handle registrations on an ongoing basis, and once you have been allocated a place, you will receive a confirmation email.
- The courses are held in Norwegian. Contact us if you want courses in English.
