2 strawberries, cut up
Shaker/jam jar with lid
Press jug
Garnish (optional)

200 g ice cubes
1 piece of passion fruit
Mint (for garnish)
Shaker/jam jar with lid
Press jug
Honey (optional)
Here's how you do it:
Brew 25 g of tea and 3 dl of water in a press pot and let the tea steep for 8 minutes. When the tea has finished steeping, pour it over 200 g of ice cubes and stir until the ice cubes have dissolved. Put the tea in a shaker with about 8 ice cubes and the flesh of a passion fruit. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds and pour into two glasses.
For a fresher brew, you can add mint when you shake the tea. If you want a sweeter brew, you can add a little honey or sugar to the tea as it brews. Feel free to garnish with mint or any other herb you have available.
Tips: For a richer, sweeter drink, replace the passion fruit with a couple of thinly sliced strawberries shaken with iced tea and ice cubes. This will add a lovely pink colour. Garnish with strawberries.
