In Mathallen we serve coffee, tea and a full espresso menu, but we are anything but a classic coffee shop. Here you can learn, explore flavors and hopefully get excited. The raw materials are at the center and it's all about getting to know the pure and exciting flavors of the raw materials. We brew coffee and tea by hand, and are happy to teach our customers at the same time.
On the shelves you'll find a wide range of pre-packaged coffee, tea and brewing equipment. In Mathallen, we share space with operators who represent the best of Norwegian food culture, with fresh ingredients from all over the country. Mathallen is located next to the Akerselva river in the revitalized Vulkan area in central Oslo. From a tired and dilapidated factory area, Vulkan is today a vibrant meeting place that houses cultural venues, restaurants and creative schools. Welcome to us.
