You will need:
35 g fruit tea
6 dl boiling water
400 g ice cubes
Press pot
Honey (optional)

Here's how to do it:
Brew 35 g of tea and 6 dl of water in a press pot and let the tea steep for 8 minutes. When the tea has finished steeping, pour it over 400 g of ice cubes and stir until the ice cubes have dissolved. Serve over two glasses with ice cubes.

Recipe: Shaken iced tea with strawberries

You will need:
25 g Apple and ginger tea
3 dl boiling water
200 g ice cubes
2 strawberries, chopped
Shaker/jam jar with lid
Press jug
Garnish (optional)

Here's how to do it:
Brew 25 g of tea and 3 dl of water in a press pot and let the tea steep for 8 minutes. When the tea has finished steeping, pour it over 200 g of ice cubes and stir until the ice cubes have dissolved. Pour the tea into a shaker with the chopped strawberries. Shake everything vigorously for 15 seconds so that the strawberries are crushed. This gives the drink a lovely pink color and a thick foam.

Tip: Feel free to experiment with other fruits or berries. Watermelon also gives a pink color and a fruity and refreshing taste. If you want a fresher drink, you can add a finely sliced slice of cucumber when you shake the tea.

Peach and passion fruit iced tea

You will need:
25 g Peach Dream
3 dl boiling water
200 g ice cubes
1 piece passion fruit
Mint (for garnish)
Shaker/jam jar with lid
Press jug
Honey (optional)

Here's how to do it:
Brew 25 g of tea and 3 dl of water in a press pot and let the tea steep for 8 minutes. When the tea has finished steeping, pour it over 200 g of ice cubes and stir until the ice cubes have dissolved. Add the tea to a shaker with about 8 ice cubes and the flesh of a passion fruit. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds and pour everything into two glasses.

For a fresher brew, you can add mint when you shake the tea. If you want a sweeter brew, you can add a little honey or sugar to the tea as it brews. Garnish with mint or any other herb you have available.

Tip: For a richer, sweeter drink, replace the passion fruit with a couple of thinly sliced strawberries and shake with iced tea and ice cubes. This will give a lovely pink color. Garnish with strawberries.

This is a great alternative if you want a non-alcoholic summer drink.
